Title: From Assessment to Action: Understanding Health-Related Social Needs in Rapid ART
This community of practice (CoP) will explore how Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) impact Health-Related Social Needs (HRSNs) for HIV rapid antiretroviral therapy (ART) patients. This session will include a Think Tank to explore how to plan, integrate, implement, evaluate and sustain assessing for and addressing HRSNs within a rapid ART program.
